I was thinking of doing a circus theme a while back, but never got round to it. This post made me want to try it. Is it ok if I use the idea? (Also, if you're looking for costume ideas, look at the OurWorld Cirque Mystery box. It should be pretty easy to find on OurGemCodes.)
